Admission is free on the first Sunday of the month from November to March at the Hôtel de la Marine. Entry to the monument is only permitted on the day itself, without a booking, on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
Visitors with visual impairments and blind visitors

Online booking is recommended. On site, a ticket office counter accessible to all visitors is available.
People with disabilities are entitled to priority access and free admission in the following cases:
- Holders of a valid Mobility Inclusion Card marked ‘priority’ or ‘disability ’: free admission is also granted to their accompanying person.
- Holders of an Adult Disability Certificate issued within the last 6 months: free admission is not granted to the accompanying person.
The ‘parking’ version of the Mobility Inclusion Card does not entitle the holder to free travel.
Recognition of Disabled Worker Status (RQTH) does not entitle the holder to free travel. Online booking is recommended.

Concorde station: lines 1, 8 and 12. Exit 6 ‘Hôtel de la Marine’ or Exit 3 ‘Rue Saint Florentin’, 100 metres from the monument’s entrance. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Madeleine station: line 14. Exit 1 ‘Madeleine’, 400 metres from the monument’s entrance. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
By bus
Concorde-Royale bus stop: routes 42, 45, 84 and 94, 90 metres from the monument’s entrance.
Concorde stop: lines 42, 45, 72, 73, 130 metres from the monument’s entrance.
By bike
Vélib’ station: Cambon-Rivoli/Madeleine. A cycle park is available at 1 Rue Saint-Florentin.
The Cambon-Rivoli Vélib’ station is 220 metres from the monument’s entrance.
By train
All Parisian railway stations.
By car
The monument does not have a car park or a drop-off point.
Parking is available at the car parks listed below.

Access
The entrance to the monument is at 2 Place de la Concorde.
To reach the reception and ticket office at the Hôtel de la Marine, you must:
- Pass under the first archway to enter an open courtyard. An audio guide will direct you along the route. A second audio guide is located under the archway at 2 Rue Royale.
- Turn right under a second archway topped by a clock, which leads into a covered courtyard. Pull one of the two glass doors to enter. If it is too heavy, you can ask one of the staff members in the open courtyard for assistance.
- A receptionist will be behind the desk opposite the entrance to welcome you and show you where to go. Please do not hesitate to let them know if you need anything.
- The ticket office is on the left-hand side of the courtyard. The ticket counter for visitors with disabilities is at the far left of the ticket office.
Facilities for your comfort
- Two audible beacons, situated under the porticoes at 2 Place de la Concorde and 2 Rue Royale at the entrance to the monument, welcome you and guide you.
- Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted in all areas.
- The ‘Confident’ audio guide is available with audio description in French for both tour routes.
- Tactile maps are available on request at the ticket office.
- White canes with tips are permitted throughout the tour. The cobbled ground in the courtyards may make it difficult to navigate with a cane.
- A lift is available to access the tour route.
- Three wheelchairs and 20 folding chairs (Stockholm model) are available on request at the ticket office.
- A cloakroom is available at reception for storing your personal belongings. The person leaving items in the cloakroom is responsible for any valuables left there. Items larger than 40 x 40 x 40 cm are not permitted within the monument’s grounds.
