Eating out
Where to eat during your visit to the Hôtel de la Marine?
MIMOSA Restaurant
Jean-François Piège and the Moma Group 's new restaurant has moved to the Hôtel de la Marine and made the impossible tangible: importing the Riviera spirit into the heart of Paris through a project signed by interior designer Dorothée Delaye.
MIMOSA combines three key words: nature, pleasure and sun. For the chef, "MIMOSA is an ode to France. And for that, nothing artificial, complicated or overwhelming: just a mimosa egg bar, a spectacular setting and a generous menu.
Café Lapérouse
The first destination "outside the walls" of the mythical restaurant at 51, quai des Grands Augustins, Café Lapérouse is anchored at the newly restored Hôtel de la Marine, place de la Concorde.
A fabulous address, a spectacular romantic decor signed by Cordelia de Castellane, two protected terraces, a very rock'n'roll atmosphere and an eclectic offer: here, the Lapérouse spirit sparkles from morning to night and can also be taken home.
