Visitors with mental, psychological or cognitive disabilities

Admission to the monument is free for disabled people on presentation of one of the following documents:

• Attestation Adulte Handicapé (AAH) less than 6 months old.
• A valid CMI (Mobility Inclusion Card) with "priority" or "disability" status. For holders of this card, free admission is also granted for one accompanying person per disabled person.

Online booking is recommended.

The entrance to the monument is at 2 place de la Concorde.

To access the reception and ticket office of the Hôtel de la Marine :

• I pass under a first porch to enter an open courtyard.

• Turn right towards the second porch with a clock. I pass through the door and the security gate. If the door is too heavy, an agent can help me.

• I arrive in a covered courtyard. An agent greets me. I ask him my questions. He directs me to the requested service.

• The ticket office is on the left of the courtyard.

• Volume of Le Confident headphones can be adjusted as required.
• Guide and assistance dogs allowed in all areas.
• Seating is available in the lounges and on the loggia at the end of the visit.
• Lift available to access the tour route.
• Canes and wheelchairs available on request from the ticket office.
• Secure cloakroom at reception for your personal belongings. Valuables deposited are the responsibility of the depositor. Objects larger than 40 x 40 x 40 cm are not allowed inside the monument.
