Access
To access the reception and ticket office of the Hôtel de la Marine, you must :
- Pass under a first porch to enter an open courtyard.
- Go right under a second porch surmounted by a clock, which leads into a covered courtyard. Pull open one of the two glass doors to enter. If it is too heavy, you can ask one of the agents positioned in the open courtyard for help.
- A receptionist will be behind the desk opposite the entrance to welcome and guide you. Don't hesitate to let him know what you need.
- The ticket office is on the left of the courtyard. The ticket office for people with disabilities is on the far left of the ticket office.
To be noted
The layout of the rooms in the bursars' flats (included in the Bursars' Apartments tour) prevents the movement of wheelchairs over 70 cm wide.
The last two rooms in the bursars' flats are not wheelchair accessible. To discover them virtually, we invite you to consult our web application, free of charge and without downloading.
The paved ground in the courtyards may make it difficult to move around in a wheelchair. Do not hesitate to ask a member of staff at the monument for help.
Facilities for your comfort
- Loan of wheelchairs and canes available on request from the ticket office.
- Lift available to access the tour route.
- Toilets adapted for right-hand transfer in the men's block and left-hand transfer in the women's block.
