Admission to the monument is free for disabled people on presentation of one of the following documents:

  • Attestation Adulte Handicapé (AAH) less than 6 months old.
  • A valid CMI (Mobility Inclusion Card) with "priority" or "disability" status. For holders of this card, free admission is also granted for one accompanying person per disabled person.

Online booking is recommended.

Access

The entrance to the monument is at 2 place de la Concorde.

To reach the reception and ticket office of the Hôtel de la Marine, you must :

  • Pass under a first porch to enter an open courtyard.
  • Turn right under a second porch surmounted by a clock, which leads into a covered courtyard. Pull open one of the two glass doors to gain access. If this is too heavy, you can ask one of the agents positioned in the open courtyard for help.
  • A receptionist will be behind the desk facing the entrance to welcome and guide you. Don't hesitate to let him know what you need.
  • The ticket office is on the left of the courtyard. The disabled ticket office is on the far left of the ticket office.

Facilities for your comfort

  • Guide and assistance dogs allowed in all areas.
  • Confident headphones available with French-language audio description for both tour routes.
  • Tactile maps available on request from the ticket office.
  • Two audio beacons located at the entrance to the monument will welcome and guide you.
  • Canes with tips are permitted throughout the tour. The paved ground in the courtyards may make it difficult to move around with a walking stick.
  • Lift available to access the tour route.
  • Wheelchairs and canes available on request from the ticket office.
  • Cloakroom at reception for depositing personal items. Valuables deposited are the responsibility of the depositor. Objects larger than 40 x 40 x 40 cm are not allowed inside the monument.
