People with disabilities are entitled to priority access and free entry in the following cases:
- Holders of a valid Mobility Inclusion Card marked ‘priority’ or ‘disability’: free entry is also granted to the accompanying person.
- Holders of an Adult Disability Certificate issued within the last 6 months: free entry is not granted to the accompanying person.
The ‘parking’ version of the Mobility Inclusion Card does not entitle the holder to free entry.
Recognition of Disabled Worker Status does not entitle the holder to free entry.
Online booking is recommended.

Access
The entrance to the monument is at 2 place de la Concorde.
To reach the reception and ticket office of the Hôtel de la Marine, you must :
- Pass under a first porch to enter an open courtyard.
- Turn right under a second porch surmounted by a clock, which leads into a covered courtyard. Pull open one of the two glass doors to gain access. If this is too heavy, you can ask one of the agents positioned in the open courtyard for help.
- A receptionist will be behind the desk facing the entrance to welcome and guide you. Don't hesitate to let him know what you need.
- The ticket office is on the left of the courtyard. The disabled ticket office is on the far left of the ticket office.
Facilities for your comfort
- Magnetic induction loop installed at the ticket office for the hearing impaired.
- Webapp LSF / LSI: a free no-download application offering a tour in French sign language (LSF) with French subtitles, and in international sign language (LSI) with English subtitles.

- Consultation tablets available on request from the ticket office.
- Confident headphones: the volume can be adjusted as required. Please note that this device may be incompatible with some hearing aids.
- Guide and assistance dogs allowed in all areas.
- Wheelchairs and canes available on request from the ticket office.
- Lift available to access the tour route.
- Visual alarm installed in washrooms.
- Cloakroom at reception for depositing personal items. Valuables deposited are the responsibility of the depositor. Objects larger than 40 x 40 x 40 cm are not permitted inside the monument.
Adapted tours in LSF led by a tour guide are available.
