The Cité internationale de la bande dessinée et de l'image is joining forces with Swiss artist MUMA and comic strip author Zeina Abirached, in partnership with the Hôtel de la Marine, to create a collective work to mark the Cultural Olympiad.
250 volunteers will be reproducing Zeina Abirached's original creation on the theme of the Paris 2024 Olympics, by placing 25,000 candles in the Cour d'Honneur of the Hôtel de la Marine on Friday 21 June from 8.30pm to 10.30pm!
From 10.30pm to 1am, you can admire the final result, while enjoying a concert by the vocal ensemble Sequenza 9.3.
