Offered in partnership with the Cadets en scène association, this concert invites you to take a musical stroll through 18th century France, encountering the Italian influences that played a major role there: a programme of subtle alchemy between elegance, ornamentation and dance.
The work of Jean-Marie Leclair epitomises the marriage of the Lullist tradition and Italian influence: cited from the outset as one of the greatest musicians of the century, Leclair left a decisive mark on the French violin school. François Francoeur and François Couperin also saw some of their works shine with the dual French and Italian heritage.
At the end of the concert, a glass of champagne will be offered to the audience, in the presence of the musicians.
