Admission is free on the first Sunday of the month from November to March at the Hôtel de la Marine. Entry to the monument is only permitted on the day itself, without a booking, subject to availability.

Overview
Come and discover the 19th century state rooms and the loggia of the Hôtel de la Marine, a balcony that has witnessed history unfold and which offers a unique view of Paris.
The origins of the Place de la Concorde, the monument’s illustrious figures… a true invitation to step back in time.
Bookings are compulsory for all groups.
On which days can you book?
- Tuesdays from 2.20 pm to 5.40 pm
- Thursdays from 10.30 am to 12.50 pm
- The1st and3rd Fridays of the month from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm (with some exceptions)

Booking and payment
- To book a guided tour, please complete the pre-booking form available for download on this page and email it to the bookings department: groupe-hdm@monuments-nationaux.fr.
- Due to the high volume of enquiries, please submit your booking request at least one monthbefore your desired visit date.
- Payment can be made at the ticket office on the day of the visit by credit card, cheque or cash.
- We are unable to accept payment in advance or by bank transfer.
Practical information
Before your visit:
- Bookings must be made at least one month in advance via the monument’s booking service at groupe-hdm@monuments-nationaux.fr
- The fee for guided tours is a flat rate per group, plus the group admission fee per person
- The guide’s service is valid for a group of up to 20 people. For groups of more than 20, a second guide is required
Group arrivals at the Hôtel de la Marine:
- Please ensure you arrive within your booked time slot and report to the ticket office 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
- Any group arriving without a booking, or outside the reserved time slot, will be refused entry to the monument.
