Offer adapted to visitors with reduced mobility

Access to the tour routes is possible by elevator.

The distribution of the rooms in the stewards' apartments (included in the Stewards' Apartments tour) prevents the circulation of wheelchairs over 70 cm wide. Please contact us for more information before your visit: hoteldelamarine@monuments-nationaux.fr.

The last two rooms of the stewards' apartments are still inaccessible with a wheelchair. To discover them virtually, we invite you to consult our web application, free and without downloading.

When booking your ticket for the "Stewards' Apartments", we invite you to select the Time Travel or the Age of Enlightenment tours. The Family tour is not adapted to the constraints of wheelchair circulation because it requires a passage in the last room of the apartments.

Three loaner chairs and cane seats are available on request at the ticket office.

For a more comfortable visit, we recommend that you choose a time slot before 5pm.
