Presentation

Le Cordon Bleu Paris pastry chefs take on the colours featured in the exhibition Colour speaks all languages. Selected works from the Al Thani Collection.

Take part in a cooking demonstration led by a chef to learn how to prepare a monochromatic dessert, then enjoy a tasting session in a convivial atmosphere. Afterwards, take a look at the temporary exhibition and head to the sumptuous state rooms and loggia of the Hôtel de la Marine.

On the menu of demonstrations:

  • October and November: BLACK - Black sesame and yuzu tart
  • December and January: WHITE - Coconut and clementine dacquoise
  • February and March: YELLOW - Passion fruit and mango tart
  • April : RED - Red fruit charlotte

The exhibition is organised by the Al Thani Collection Foundation and the Centre des monuments nationaux.
