Immerse yourself in history at the Hôtel de la Marine: relive the genesis of the Place de la Concorde, the adventures of France's greatest sailors or meet the monument's most illustrious figures... A real invitation to step back in time, the innovative digital displays at the Hôtel de la Marine invite you to discover the monument in an immersive way.

From the loggia, admire the unique view over the Place de la Concorde and the panorama from the Tuileries Gardens to the Grand Palais.

Each visitor, equipped with the Confident, a connected headset for an immersive visit, is invited to choose the audio narrative that will punctuate his or her visit:

  • Adults: let the sound of the Confident guide you through the history of the Hôtel de la Marine.
  • Families: a fun way to learn about the history of the building: a real audio and visual treasure hunt to help you investigate the incredible disappearance of the crown jewels. Ages 6 and up.

Two options:

  • For individual visits :
    • 7.5€/person
    • No booking necessary, just turn up during opening hours.
  • For group visits :
    • 7.5€/person
    • Reservations are compulsory for all groups and must be made during the monument's opening hours: groupe-hdm@monuments-nationaux.fr
    • Our slots are limited to a maximum of 20 people. The group and its leader must present themselves at the ticket office 15 minutes before the start of the lecture for admission.

Practical information

Individual visit:

  • Come to the monument during opening hours

 

Group visits:

  • Booking is compulsory. Please contact the monument's reservations department.
  • Due to the large number of requests we receive, we ask you to send us your reservation request at least one month before the date of your visit.
