Celebrating 25 years of the One Piece series in the Cour d'Honneur of the Hôtel de la Marine
On 5 May 2024, Luffy's birthday will be celebrated in the Cour d'Honneur at the Hôtel de la Marine.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the One Piece manga, Toei Animation Europe is organising a celebration of Luffy's birthday on 5 May 2024. To mark the occasion, inflatable structures will be deployed simultaneously in Europe's biggest cities:
- Milan, Italy - Piazza Gae Aulenti in Portanuova
- Berlin, Germany - Alexa Mall
- London, United Kingdom - Outernet, Now Trending
- Madrid, Spain - CC Principe Pio
- Paris, France - Hôtel de la Marine
In France, the celebration will take place in the Cour d'Honneur of the Hôtel de la Marine on Place de la Concorde. Fans will be able to take a selfie next to an inflatable structure bearing the image of Luffy.
They can then send their photo to www.luffybirthday2024.com or post it on Instagram using the hashtag #LuffyBirthday2024 and tagging @toei_animation_france.
