The Hôtel de la Marine offers devices specially designed for everyone:

Visitors with reduced mobility

The visitor circuits are designed for visitors in wheelchairs too (wheelchairs are available for loan on site). For greater comfort, you can book the time and date of your visit online.

Blind or visually impaired visitors

Guide dogs 

In line with legislation, guide dogs are allowed into the monument.

Deaf or partially deaf visitors

Assistance tool

A web application, available for free without download for smartphones or on tablets (tablets are available for loan at the ticket office and Wi-Fi is available throughout the monument), includes content in sign language for deaf visitors who communicate through sign language. Most of the videos in the application are subtitled and transcriptions of interviews are available.

In order to ensure the visitors’ safety, the monument applies the preventive measures that the French government has decided on for public institutions. The monument is open in the usual conditions. All visitors must go through security checks at the entrance. We thank visitors in advance for their understanding and participation.
